What's a "monthly update user"? A unique device whose copy of your app checks in for over-the-air updates during the month — roughly your monthly active mobile users. Someone who doesn't open your app that month doesn't count.
If your app grows beyond 1,000 monthly update users, requires more than 4 production builds per month, or begins using significantly more infrastructure than a typical app, we'll discuss moving it onto dedicated mobile infrastructure.
